I stumbled upon Jane's new company "COO on Call" from an update she posted on LinkedIn. Ironically, that post came at a time when my company was engrossed with searching for a vital executive level position that suddenly opened. I knew of Jane's reputation for delivering results from our time at industry events. Upon learning our challenges, Jane quickly leapt into motion and secured the perfect fit candidate for our growing organization. Jane's ability to deliver immediate results for this assignment resulted in her keen listening and ability to relate to our challenges. She also clearly understood the personality type that would perfectly align with our need. I am looking forward to working with Jane again when needed to obtain high level expertise without taking on a permanent high cost salary.
